With our “Xtra Leg Room” section comprising of 2 separate rooms dedicated to legs this is an area not to be missed out. Room 1 contains equipment for calf’s and hamstrings and Room 2 is the quad section. With 3 leg presses in different angles, 2 hack squats; vertical and horizontal, 2 leg extensions, seated leg curl, lying leg curl, standing leg curl, donkey calf raise, seated calf raise, sissy squat and glute and hamstring raise. Within the gym we have an adductor, abductor, butt blaster and 2 squat racks you can definitely say legs are covered!
