Sometimes having someone to push you with training or develop a training plan for you can help to achieve the goals that individuals set themselves. Within the gym we have personal trainers who have a detailed knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs to achieve targets that individuals set themselves. They will coach and support members with weight loss, improving fitness, building muscle, competition preparation and overall toning. Both Lee and Keith have many years’ experience within the industry and are reps registered. They have both taken part in competitions and have the experience of competition prep. Keith Rowntree

“My name is Keith Rowntree and I am 37 years old,I have been a personal- trainer for 17 years and have 27 years of experience training in various gyms across Europe. I have trained with various people ranging from competitive bodybuilders, sports coaches, armed forces physical training instructors and more. What I have attained from these persons,has allowed me to accumulate knowledge and practical experience that can’t be taught in a class room. I believe in working closely with my clients and making sure that everything I do for them is a mixture of what they want and need, designing training and nutritional programmes tailored specifically for them.”

“I have also been a competitive amateur bodybuilder since 2011, this has given me first hand experiences and knowledge with more complex forms of training and calorie depletion methods, which I have successfully  implemented  by  helping a client win his category at his show.”
