Sometimes having someone to push you with training or develop a training plan for you can help to achieve the goals that individuals set themselves. Within the gym we have personal trainers who have a detailed knowledge of nutrition and dietary needs to achieve targets that individuals set themselves. They will coach and support members with weight loss, improving fitness, building muscle, competition preparation and overall toning. Both Lee and Keith have many years’ experience within the industry and are reps registered. They have both taken part in competitions and have the experience of competition prep.
