With its own separate room and a freestanding training rig this is a well-equipped area to train within this discipline. Within this section of the gym it contains dip bars, squat station, gymnastic rings, Olympic bars, bumper plates, kettle bells, plyometric boxes, wall balls and monkey bars. There are also boxing bags, pads, mitts and speed ropes. This can be used as open gym classes and is also part of our class provision.
