Bootcamp
This mixed intensity class combines both strength and fitness to aid weight loss, increase muscle and add tone to your body. Designed with a mixture of exercises that vary each week it will target all areas of your body.
Classes run on a Tuesday evening 7-8 and Saturday morning 8-9


 

Boxfitt
For all over cardio and toning this boxing based class is a fun and different way to work out. Incorporating core, upper body, shoulders and legs through boxing based exercise circuits.

Class runs on a Thursday night 6.30-7.30

Our Functional Assault Course Training provides a tailored approach to assault course-specific fitness. From Mucky Races to Tough Mudder events, mud running presents an increasingly popular alternative to conventional fitness challenges.

Mud running obstacle courses push routine running to the limit and provide a tough challenge for any fitness level. As such, it takes intense training to complete a course. From tough terrain and mud pits to water obstacles and climbing walls, mud races require determination and physical fitness.

Our fun and effective training classes are designed to give you the tools to tackle the task. Mud running requires a combination of high-intensity cardiovascular fitness and resistance strength. Our unique FACTfit classes provide preparation for the many challenges of any mud running course and in particular, for the specific strength and conditioning required. From pull and push-ups to crawling and climbing, FACTfit classes will ensure you’re race ready.

Functional Fitness
The ultimate strength and conditioning workout combining a variety of exercises including aerobic, weight lifting and gymnastics. This high intensity class is based on a mixture of movements including pushing, pulling, running, squatting and lifting using both body weight and equipment.

Classes run Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday evenings and alternate Saturdays


 

KAPAP
We are very pleased to hold classes in this exciting form of Israeli martial art.

KAPAP is not a sports based or traditional martial art, it’s classed as a “combative” and is designed purely for the application of self defence. This is something that anyone can take part in.

Specialising in teaching awareness skills, conflict management, defending against edged weapons, heavy impact weapons, firearms, multiple attackers and street grappling.

This class runs from 7.30-9.00 on a Thursday night and is £7.50
